Remove !extension check #2045
While looking at pruning using see_ge (which is very valuable)
it became apparent that the !extension test is not adding any
value - simplify it away.

Further work could be to optimize the remaining see_ge test. The idea of less pruning at higher depths is valuable, but perhaps the test (-PawnValueEg * depth) can be improved.

### MCTS-Learn-in Mode
_Boolean, Default: True
MonteCarloTreeSearch, if activated, the engine's behaviour is similar to AlphaZero concepts.
Idea are implemented, integrated on SugaR:
https://github.com/Kellykinyama12/Stockfish (montecarlo by Kelly Kinyama) only when true. This creates three files for machine learning purposes:
### -experience.bin
When no more than 40 moves are played, there are non more than 6 pieces on the chessboard and at a not low depth in analysis
### -pawngame.bin
When there are no more than 2 pieces and the game's phase is not the ending
### -openings.bin
In the form <positionKey>.bin (>=1) at the initial stage of game with memorized the move played, the depth and the score.
In this mode, the engine is not less strong than Stockfish in a match play without learning, but a lot better in analysis mode and to solve hard positions.
With learning, the engine became stronger and stronger.
MCTS-Learn-in Mode

The engine learns from experience. It writes the moves it plays to the hard disk. In the next game, it uses the same information if it encounters the same position, the same way we use the transposition table. It saves the information permanently on the hard drive, And loads information in memory during play.
With the decision tree, it plays more accurately and evaluates the positions more correctly.
Notes:
-For this method to work, you must always restart the engine for each and every game.
-Games should be started from the start position.
-Those binary files represent opening variations. We humans give names to the variations. My engine is giving them numbers. So it always knows which file to load in memory.
-The engine is constantly updating the files each time it plays."

Simplify pawn asymmetry (remove use of semiopen files). (#2054)
This is a functional simplification.
To me, the exclusive OR of semiopenFiles here is quite convoluted. Looks like it can be removed.

This distribution is the expansion of Stockfish beta having timestamp: 1557912187 - Update failedHighCnt rule #2063.
May, 15 2019: Source code on GitHub updated https://github.com/massimilianogoi/Stockfish-Polyglot.
Stockfish Polyglot is none but the very own Stockfish with the only addition of the possibility to use Polyglot (.bin) books. In order to do that I used the library polybook.h from Brainfish and merged with the Stockfish code. This new update features the 'OwnBook' checkbox as requested, so that you can easily switch from the Polyglot book to the local CTG book (Chessbase softwares) or ABK book (Arena GUI). I've wandered through GitHub to recover the 'OwnBook' checkbox code (it needed just two mere rows..), luckily I've managed to find it and extract the part I needed to use.
This distribution is enhanced by the pgo-build option.
Stockfish Polyglot comes with almost any architecture available, hence also for old 32bit operating systems like Windows XP, old machines, 64bit systems, standard machines, modern machines and power computers. It runs on Windows only this time. I AM SEARCHING FOR SOMEONE TEACHING ME HOW TO COMPILE IT FOR ANDROID OR MACOS, THANK YOU.
